Summary

Every children's product manufactured/imported for sale in the US must have a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing.

Scope

Applies to all children's products (12 and under) and certain other products requiring third-party testing (16 CFR 1110). The CPC must list: product identification, each applicable CPSC rule, testing lab, date/place of testing, contact info.
