Summary
CPR governs construction products placed on the EU market: CE marking, Declaration of Performance (DoP), harmonised standards (hEN), AVCP systems.
Scope
Applies to construction products as defined in Art. 2(1): products produced for incorporation in construction works in a permanent manner (cement, insulation, flooring, doors, windows, structural steel, paints for construction). A revised CPR ((EU) 2024/3110) applies from January 2026 with transition.
