Scope

Applies to children's products (designed/intended primarily for children 12 and under) sold in the US. Sets: total lead limit 100 ppm (15 U.S.C. 1278a), phthalates ban (16 CFR 1307), mandatory third-party testing by CPSC-accredited labs, and the CPC requirement (Section 102).
