Summary
Non-children's products subject to a CPSC rule need a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) based on a reasonable testing program.
Scope
Applies to consumer products (other than children's products) subject to CPSC safety rules (e.g. mattresses 1632/1633, carpet 1630, wearing apparel 1610, bunk beds 1213, lighters). The GCC must be issued based on a reasonable testing program.
