Scope
Applies to machinery, interchangeable equipment, safety components, lifting accessories, chains/ropes/webbing, removable mechanical transmission devices, partly completed machinery (Art. 2). Includes power tools, garden tools, woodworking machines, industrial equipment. Excludes certain vehicles and electrical equipment for domestic use.
