What the letter contains
- Product and market covered, with the product record the review was made against
- Scope conclusion — in scope, out of scope, or to be confirmed
- The cited sources: clause number, verbatim wording and CELEX / CFR identifier
- The reasoning that connects the product's characteristics to each source
- Open questions — the inputs the reviewer could not resolve from the record
- Reviewer name, date, review tier and the scope of what was not assessed
A review is a dated, sourced position on scope. It is not a certificate of conformity, not a test report, and not legal advice.
